How to download a Cost Report for Follow Up Boss Users

You can see how much money is being spent by your different users in Follow Up Boss by downloading a cost report from AMcards.

You can run this report at any time by doing the following:

• Go to your AMcards Dashboard
• Click Account Settings
• Click Cost Report
• !Important! Click "Cost Report By Initiator" in the left column of the screen
• Specify a Start Date and an End Date for the report.
• Click "Submit and Download CSV"

This will download a CSV file that contains a row for each of your Follow Up Boss users and how much they spent during that time period.

Note! We did not start keeping track of this data until November 24th, 2020. Cards triggered before that will not be linked back to a Follow Up Boss User.
